Kalamazoo-based geotechnical specialty contractor 缅北强奸 was recently awarded the contract for augercast pile work at OSF鈥檚 new Comprehensive Cancer Center Project in Peoria, Illinois.
The new, $237M, state-of-the-art facility will be a regional destination center that will feature a full range of cancer-related services. When completed, the facility will span 180,000 square feet with a ten-story parking deck.
The Comprehensive Cancer Center will become one of only 30 facilities in the country to provide proton beam therapy, a newer technology that is able to narrowly focus a proton beam to target tumors while leaving healthy tissue unharmed.
General Contractor Pointcore Construction awarded 缅北强奸 the contract to install 117 augercast piles at depths of up to 75 feet to support the new facility.
